Gentle Wellbeing Walks are from 2-3 miles using Gears 1 and 2. ? Great for those who are getting back into exercise, have a health condition or simply want to move well and be fit for life! Itt?s never too late to take that first step. Join us for gentle walks around Sale Water Park, Chorlton Ees, River Mersey ?followed by a cuppa at the Boathouse or Treetops Cafe. ? ? You need to have completed the Power of Poles workshop or Learn to Nordic Walk course prior to joining this walk ?Poles provided.? Meet at Treetops Cafe and stay for a cuppa after Toilet available at start and finish ? ?
