The Friday Night Project runs every Friday 5.00-8.30pm at Hertswood Academy in Borehamwood. The project aims to act as a safe space for young people and give them access to sports. The project provides coaches and a variety of sports such as Football, Basketball and Rugby for 150 children per week to keep them active and engaged.
