Seated Exercise - Wendover

Classes cost £3 per session, please pay for your session in cash when you arrive, and contact Amelia via Amelia.Evans@aitc.org.uk, 07399 748803 ahead of your first session to ensure your space! This event is held inside the Wendover Health Centre. Using chairs and other props for support, this fun exercise class will help improve flexibility, balance and strength, while you make new friends. Sessions last for 45 minutes, with an opportunity for a cup of tea or coffee at the end! All ages and levels of fitness welcome, just bring yourself and an open mind.
