Multisports for Disabled Adults

Participants will be required to register in advance by contacting Rhea Daly Tel: 07871 373419 or send an email to specialleague@aol.com The multisport session is held indoors and is suitable for any level of ability. There are a range of different sport activities each week including Tennis, Boccia, Seated Volleyball and New Age Curling to name a few. Mutisports sessions take place at the Waterfront Leisure Centre 11.00-12.00pm. The tennis sessions are held on the Mini courts 10.00-11.00am. This multisport session will follow on after the tennis. Participants can attend both sport sessions if they wish.
