Vinyasa Yoga

Wear suitable attire for yoga and bring along an extra layer or blanket for relaxation. Feel free to bring your own mat or use one supplied by Fit Club Redditch. Yoga is practiced barefoot. You can pay £7.50 for a day pass which will be refunded if you opt to become a member of Fit Club Redditch.
