Participants take part in exercises that will teach the principles of safe falling, devised from the sport of Judo. For beginners there is a series of five sessions each lasting 30 minutes, that will explore different exercises linked to safe falling. Participants will be asked whether what they learn in the sessions it impacts any fear of falling that they may have had prior to the sessions.
