Small Group Training

Maximise your potential and achieve the results you want by participating in our small group training sessions where you will use a variety of equipment. We have a range of pool activities at Wokingham Leisure Centre. If you wish to learn how to swim or want to enjoy a lane swim session, we have something for you! Our gym accommodates to a variety of abilities and goals, helping our members stay active however they like. If group workout classes are more your thing, we offer classes such as BODYPUMP, Pilates and Group Cycling across all intensities.  We also work with National Governing Bodies to ensure our centre has fun, engaging sports. Get stuck into football or pickleball, or make a hit on one of our badminton courts! We have a range of birthday party options available to help you celebrate, such as an Active Play and Bounce or an Inflatable Pool Party.
